maida -- 1 + 1/4 cup (160 gms)
Baking soda -- 1/4 tsp
Baking powder -- 1 tsp
Spice powder -- 1/2 tsp

Alcoholic Soaked dry fruits -- 1/2 cup (150 gms)
Dry nuts -- 1/4 cup (40 gms)
