With only around 45 minutes to connect at Dallas, there wasn't much time to waste with this connection. It wasn't a huge stressed rush through the airport though, as it is fairly easy to connect between domestic flights in the US. Generally a case of just heading to your next gate. Although in this case, my next gate was on the opposite side of the airport!
Once on board, it was the standard AA experience - canned drink and a bag of nuts!
