✅ Ingredients (4 servings):
• 600 g pollock fillet
• 4–5 potatoes
• 1 zucchini
• 1 carrot
• 1 onion
• 200 ml cream (10–15%) or yogurt + milk
• 1 egg
• 40–50 g cheese (optional)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt, pepper, nutmeg — to taste
👨🍳 How to make it:
1. Slice potatoes into thin rounds, zucchini into rings, carrot & onion into half-rings.
2. In a baking dish, layer: half the potatoes → zucchini → carrot + onion → fish → remaining potatoes.
3. Mix cream with egg, salt, pepper & nutmeg.
4. Pour sauce over layers, sprinkle with cheese (optional).
5. Bake at 180°C for ~40 min until golden on top.
