Toxic algae bloom threatens Florida waters

Rain, heat and pollutants have prompted an outbreak of toxic algae in Florida. Lawmakers there want the governor to declare a state of emergency over Lake Okeechobee's toxic algae problem. CBS News national correspondent Manuel Bojorquez reports.
