In this video, I share 3 deadlift variations that can help build both strength and flexibility in the hamstrings. Strength training IS flexibility training even at a basic level however we can make modifications to maximise that stimulus for developing range of motion. These Romanian deadlift variations involve the stride stance, deficit and flexed foot or toes elevated positions.
