Contortion training: Bridges and Bows

Hi there, time for contortion again! It will be bow poses of different kinds (for example the scorpion-like thing on the chest, I've improved it since the post in July) and bridges, including the tricky S-bridge (chairsit) on hands and elbows. I also tried to lift one leg in a camel but fell out immediately :). I can work on that!
