Here's a speedrun I did of Re:coded. The run went really amazing all the way through besides Iago trolling in both Agrabah and Castle Oblivion/Genie Jafar.
But, I was able to make Judgement Triad at the start of the world revisits, which I am not normally able to do. Plus I got a R Judgement Triad that helped a lot, along with Fire Surge during Dragon Maleficent which sped up the fight. I also had an amazing Destiny Island, Traverse Town, Wonderland and Olympus Coliseum. So, I'd say that evened out the bad Iago luck/Genie Jafar.
I believe this can go down to 2:40 with better luck that I had in this run, but I won't aim for that as this time is really solid. I really didn't think this game could be beaten this fast.
