Apple Cranberry Beet Sauce:
5lbs of apples
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 small cooked beet
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
Juice of 2 oranges

Wash and cut apples into chunks. No need to peel. Put everything else in the Instant Pot except the orange juice and cook for 10 minutes. Blend with an immersion blender or high-powered blender. Squeeze fresh orange juice in. Mix, and pour into glass mason jars. Let cool before placing in the fridge.
