Today I’m sharing a simple and comforting cabbage & egg stir-fry 🥬🍳
Only a few ingredients, very easy to make, and perfect for a quick homemade meal.
Ingredients:
Cabbage, cut into small pieces
3 eggs
A little salt
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Cooking oil
How to make it:
1.Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, and beat well.
2.Chop some garlic and ginger.
3.Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Stir-fry the eggs until just set, then remove and set aside. Don’t overcook them.
4.In the same pan, do not add oil. Add the cabbage directly and stir-fry to cook off the excess moisture.
5.Add 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the ginger and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
6.Season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
7.Add the cooked eggs back to the pan and stir-fry everything evenly.
That’s it!
