Today I’m making a quick and simple Chinese home-style dish: Chives, Chili, and Eggs.
Soft eggs, fragrant chives, and a little heat from chili — easy, fast, and delicious.
Steps:
1.Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, and beat well.
2.Cut the chives into sections, slice 1 red chili into thin strips, and mince some garlic.
3.Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. When hot, pour in the eggs, quickly scramble until just set, then remove and set aside.
4.Add 1 more tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry the chili and garlic until fragrant, then add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and mix well.
5.Add the chives and stir-fry until just softened. Return the eggs to the pan, mix everything well, and it’s ready to serve.
Simple ingredients, big flavor.
Perfect with rice and ready in minutes.
