Matthew Caws (Nada Surf) returns as a central voice in The Salt Collective. He shines on three tracks on the new album, notably the melodic, euphoric “Cloud to Cloud." While the collaborations took place across continents & oceans, from France to North Carolina to England to California, the songs are all powerfully united by leader Stéphane Schück’s lyric vision & Chris Stamey’s (The dB's) masterful production, blending power-pop clarity with chamber-pop.
