Matt's Tip! When getting near the end of your fermentation, keep a close eye on it to see when it sets. Just like baking and cooking, you don't want to over cook your yummy yogurt. Mine set in 8 hours.
Getting too much whey? Experiment with using milk powder to bind the extra liquid! I like to use 2T per liter of milk.
