Welcome back, everyone! This week, I focused on improving my CrossFit skills and staying organized to make the most of my training and filming sessions.
Key Highlights:
Stamina Workouts: Built endurance and pushed my limits.
Strength Workout: Focused on overall strength and saw noticeable progress.
Handstand Push-Ups & Seated Shoulder Press: Worked on handstand push-ups in singles. It’s tough, but I see room for improvement and I'm determined to get better.
