This 40-Min Full Body Power Pilates Workout with Weights will challenge your entire body with a strong, controlled sequence designed to build lean strength and mobility.

We’re alternating between heavier and smaller weights, and as requested, you’ll have a 10-second rest between each exercise — or you can skip it if you want to keep moving! 💪

A powerful, low-impact workout to build strength, core stability & full-body control. Perfect for home or travel.
