Tandoori Paneer Sandwich | तंदूरी पनीर सैंडविच घर पर|Cheesy Paneer Sandwich|चीजी पनीर सैंडविच रेसिपी
Ingredients:
Paneer – 100 g (cut into small cubes)
Cheese spread – 2–3 tsp
Pizza sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Tandoori sauce – 1–2 tsp
Green chilli – finely chopped (to taste)
Fresh coriander – finely chopped
Salt – ½ tsp(or to taste)
Bread slices – as required
Butter – for grilling
Method:
In a bowl, add paneer cubes, cheese spread, pizza sauce, tomato sauce, tandoori sauce, green chilli, coriander, and salt.
Mix well and keep the mixture aside.
Take one bread slice and spread the prepared paneer mixture evenly on it.
Cover with another bread slice to make a sandwich.
Heat a pan and apply butter. Place the sandwich on the hot pan and grill until golden brown.
Apply butter on the top side, flip the sandwich, and grill the other side until crisp.
Remove from the pan, cut into triangular pieces, and serve hot.
Tips:
You can add capsicum or onion for extra crunch.
Adjust sauces according to your taste.
