Kinder Scout Wild Camp & a Lamb Curry on the Trangia

In this video I was joined by my brother, who I’d arranged to meet in Edale with a fairly fluid plan of hiking on to Kinder Scout plateau for a wild camp.
We were blessed with a dry and bright day, but with a biting cold northerly wind. Once we’d reached the plateau via Golden Clough we hiked around the plateau edge in an anti-clockwise direction. After covering around 13 miles we decided to pitch at Pym Chair, I was in my MLD Trailstar and my brother was in my MLD Duomid.
We then set up a kitchen sheltered from the wind amongst the rocks, and used the Trangia 25 to cook a lamb keema curry.
A cold but fantastic camp in a stunning location.
