Fly of the week is Demuth’s CDC Sulphur. John and Katie Demuth are a husband and wife fly tying team. They are from Tennessee and fish the South Houston often. The South Houston is renowned for its Sulphur hatches and this pattern was designed to fool those tailwater fish. Tie it in a variety of sizes and colors to mimic other mayflies.
