22KM for Grace, Running for Mental Health with @freddyruns - Newcastle Quayside Tribute

On Sunday, I joined @freddyruns for his 20th 22km run in the powerful 22 for Grace campaign — honoring Grace, who tragically lost her life at the age of 22 and raising vital funds for Mind, the mental health charity.
We set off from Wetherspoons on Newcastle Quayside, ran along the River Tyne, crossed into Gateshead, and shared laughs, stories, and support with an incredible group of 15 runners. The weather? Cold start, but sunshine and smiles all the way 🌞

This wasn’t just a run — it was a moving tribute, a community united, and a reminder that no one should struggle alone. We walked when needed, stayed together, and finished stronger than we started. My Garmin clocked 22.3km, but my heart could’ve gone further.
