Solo Camping in Mount Gulugod Baboy, Philippines - Pan-Seared Chicken Breast and Tapsilog

After 3 months of outdoor hiatus, I was able to camp again. This time I went to Mount Gulugod Baboy in Mabini, Batangas. This is my fourth time visiting this mountain. My first two visits involved a two-hour trek from the trailhead. But this time they've built a parking area near the campsite reducing the trek to 10 minutes. It was very windy as usual but I still managed to set up my tent and cooked my meals. I prepared myself pan-seared chicken, toasts, and instant pasta for dinner. In the morning, I cooked my favorite tapsilog: beef tapa, poached eggs and rice. I was the only camper during that time but I was not lonely because I happened to meet new friends, the doggie and the baby cow. They were very friendly.
