Kevin has a career crisis after a run-in with his boss Andy. At Luton, a stag party are busy knocking back the beers, but one of them is a little too drunk and probably won't be able to fly. Louise also has to contend with rowdy passengers and gets some lewd comments on a flight to Amsterdam. Meanwhile, Katrina is taking drastic action - she's decided to have her long blonde hair cut - but finds it impossible to hold back the tears.
