SBR ROCKR Plates Pro is an updated version of the original ROCKR Plates designed and sold by SBR Tri Shop. You’ve probably seen them or heard of them: The ROCKR plates or Rockit Launcher for your indoor bike trainer. These are plates designed to be placed under your bike trainer and allows the trainer to move side to side in a natural motion just like you do when cycling outside.
