i n g r e d i e n t s :
• 2 large eggs
• A pinch of salt
• 1 1/4 cups (300 ml/1 can) condensed milk
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 1 cup (160 g) all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup strawberry jam (or any jam you like)
Bake the cake at 350ºF/180ºC for about 8-10 min.
I used a 12" x 17"/30 x 42 cm baking sheet.
m e a s u r i n g :
1 cup = 240 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml
