Double Square Dribbling & Passing Warm-Up

Phase 1 - The first players in each line dribble through the poles and pass to the players behind the mannequins, those players pass to the color of the marker that is the same as their mannequin (yellow mannequin -- yellow marker) and then again to the same color before passing to the marker at the beginning.

Phase 2 - This phase is the same as the first one, without the poles - the players dribble halfway before passing to the mannequins.

Phase 3 - This phase is the same as phase 2, but includes a 1-2 on the final marker before passing out to the beginning to restart the exercise.

Phase 4 - The first players in the line, dribble and pass to the players on the mannequin. The players on the mannequin pass the ball back to the first player, who turn and pass to the player on the colored marker that matches the mannequin, and then the pass is played to the beginning of the exercise to restart.
