Here’s a quick and easy *Liquid Dough Pizza* recipe that you can make in a pan, without using yeast. This recipe is perfect when you want a soft, airy pizza base but don't want to wait for the dough to rise.

**Ingredients for Liquid Dough**:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup curd
1/8 cup water (adjust as needed for consistency)
1 teaspoon baking powder (acts as a leavening agent)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil (for the dough)
1 teaspoon garlic powder or Italian herbs (optional, for flavor)

**For Topping**:
Pizza sauce
Pizza cheese
Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, veggies, chicken, etc.)
Olive oil for greasing the pan

**Instructions**:

1. **Prepare the Liquid Dough**:
   - In a bowl, whisk together the flour, curd  baking powder, salt, water and any optional herbs. Mix until you have a smooth, pourable consistency, similar to pancake batter. If the batter is too thick, add a little more water or milk.

2. **Preheat the Pan**:
   - Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and grease it lightly with olive oil.

3. **Cook the Pizza Base**:
   - Pour the liquid dough into the heated pan, spreading it evenly to cover the base of the pan. The dough will be quite thin, so let it cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until bubbles start forming and the edges set slightly.

4. **Add the Toppings**:
   - Spread pizza sauce evenly over the partially cooked base.
   - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.).
   - Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low.

5. **Cook Until Done**:
   - Let the pizza cook on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the base has fully cooked through. The crust should be golden and slightly crisp at the bottom.

6. **Serve**:
