For this setup I used very low aero, but found it still being very safe to drive.
If you are not comfortable running this low wing, I would suggest that front wing 1, rear wing 5 should do the job.
And one more note about this setup in race use.
Soft tires tend to overheat REALLY easily, so I recommend using a medium tire in the races.
In qualifying this setup works well as long as the air temperature is ~20C
or below
