Welcome back to my channel.Today I’m going to show you how to make Egg Chana Curry, a delicious, healthy, and protein-rich dish.
This curry is perfect for lunch or dinner and goes really well with rice or roti.
So let’s get started
Ingredients
5 boiled eggs
2 cup boiled chana (chickpeas)
6 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2 medium tomatoes, pureed
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili Flack's
1 tsp chicken powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
1 tsp Salt
1 cup water
Fresh coriander leaves & green chilli for garnish
