This is a POV video of the Ally Pally parkrun, filmed on June 14, 2025, with no commentary. This is the winter route, a three-lap course featuring a small hill climb midway.
What is parkrun? It is a free, weekly 5K event where you can run, walk, or volunteer every Saturday morning. With over 1,300 events held globally, it's a great way to stay active and connect with your local community.
I focus on exploring and filming different parkrun courses across London to give you a first-person view of each route.
