Easy Recipe on How To Cook Sweet & Sour Crab!
Ingredients:-
800 gms crabs
1, 1/2 glasses water
4 tsp chopped garlic
10 pcs chopped bird's eye chilli / cili padi
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp oil
Method
1. Add 1 glass of water to the pan and cook the crab for 5 mins.
2. Remove the crab to a plate and keep the water aside for later use.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, add garlic and saute till fragrance.
4. Add the chilli, chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar and crab broth and let it boil.
5. Mix the cornflour with 1/2 glass of water and add to the sauce.
6. Add the cooked crab to the sauce and let it cook on low flame for another 3-5 mins.
7. Add salt as needed and serve with bread.

Bahan-bahan: -
800 gms ketam
1, 1/2 gelas air
4 sudu kecil bawang putih cincang
10 biji cili padi
1 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu kecil tepung jagung
1 sudu besar gula
5 sudu besar sos cili
3 sudu besar cuka
4 sudu besar minyak
Kaedah
1. Masukkan 1 gelas air ke dalam periuk dan masak ketam selama 5 minit.
2. Keluarkan ketam ke pinggan dan simpan airnya untuk digunakan kemudian.
3. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali, masukkan bawang putih dan tumis hingga wangi.
4. Masukkan cili padi, sos cili, cuka, gula, sup ketam dan biarkan mendidih.
5. Campurkan tepung jagung dengan 1/2 gelas air dan masukkan ke dalam sos.
6. Masukkan ketam yang telah dimasak ke dalam sos dan biarkan masak dengan api kecil selama 3-5 minit lagi.
7. Masukkan garam mengikut keperluan dan hidangkan bersama roti.
