My goal to win an A grade criterium race is still alive, so in this video, I'm bringing you along while I review a purpose-built criterium racing course in Noosa (Sunshine Coast) Australia. The Sunshine Coast Cycling Club's Girraween Criterium Cycling Track.
This criterium track is approximately 914m in length and is designed to be used by cyclists only. The Girraween Sports Complex is a joint initiative between the Noosa council and the Queensland Government to get more Queenslanders active through sport and recreation.
In this video I review the course, share some criterium racing tips and also break down the course so even beginners considering racing there will have some guidance and tips to get themselves prepared.
