El Despertar del Vino en Galicia: la vuelta al terroir, es la segunda parte de la trilogía sobre vino en Galicia y secuela de "Albariño Rías Baixas: de la tradición al mundo". Este documental narra el renacer de la cultura del vino en las regiones gallegas de Monterrei y Ribeira Sacra. La internacionalización y fama global alcanzada por los vinos gallegos supuso en cierta medida su estandarización y homogeneización. Desde hace unos años, un grupo de viticultores intenta volver a las raíces mediante vinificaciones más auténticas que expresen su territorio de una forma singular, recuperando viñedos y variedades de uva al borde de la desaparición.

🍇 THE AWAKENING OF WINE IN GALICIA: THE RETURN TO TERROIR
Sequel to "Albariño Rías Baixas: from tradition to the world", this documentary tells the reawakening of wine culture and tradition in the Galician regions of Monterrei and Ribeira Sacra. The internationalization and global fame reached by Galician wines meant to a certain extent their standardization and homogenization. Now, a group of winegrowers aim to return to the roots through more authentic vinifications that express their terroirs in a unique way, recovering vineyards and grape varieties on the verge of disappearance.
