Kai is from Singapore and grew up there. As a gay man, he suffered from depression and experienced sexual assault. As a result, he has mixed feelings about Singapore where gay sex is criminalized. He recently moved to The Hague, the Netherlands to attend Leiden University Campus The Hague to study International Relations Organisations (IRO). He expresses his experience living in The Hague. This is his story.
