How To Make Chiffon Cake:
Oil 60g
Water 90g
Sugar 40g (For Egg Yolk Mixture)
Cake Flour 120g
Egg Yolks 60g (3 pieces)
Egg White 130g (4 pieces)
Sugar 60g (For meringue)
Cream of Tartar 0.5g (Or Lemon Juice 8g)
