After finally getting some rain, It was straight out with fertiliser on the silage ground to try and kickstart grass growth. Our calves have been hit hard with a heavy worm burden, so I dosed them and talked through what I’m seeing and how we’re managing it. I also take a look at how the heifers are coming along and do a full grass walk across both farms — things are tight in places, but we’re pushing on!
