They’re being dubbed “the new Stanley cups” because they are causing a similar commotion as the Stanley Cup ‘Galentines Day’ limited edition drops that occurred this past February. In this video, I discuss why the canvas tote obsession is an example of overconsumption gone wild and the commodification of everyday life.
