🧼 Melt & Pour Soap Base – 1 kg (Red Wine Base)

🍷 Red Wine – 50 ml

🧈 Shea Butter – 15 gm

🌿 Aloe Vera Gel – 10 gm

🌰 Almond Oil – 3 gm

💧 Glycerin – 5 ml

🌹 Fragrance Oil – as needed (Rose / Wine / Floral)

🎨 Soap Color – optional


🔥 🪞 Preparation Steps

1️⃣ Soap base ചെറുതായി കട്ട് ചെയ്ത് 🔥 double boiler method ഉപയോഗിച്ച് melt ചെയ്ത് എടുക്കുക.
2️⃣ Melt ആയ ശേഷം Shea butter, Aloe vera gel, Almond oil, Glycerin ചേർക്കുക.
3️⃣ ചൂട് കുറവായപ്പോൾ Red wine ചേർക്കുക 🍷
4️⃣ Fragrance & Color ചേർത്ത് നന്നായി mix ചെയ്യുക 🌈

​റെഡ് വൈൻ മെൽറ്റ് ആൻഡ് പൗർ സോപ്പ് ബേസ് സാധാരണയായി ഗ്ലിസറിൻ (Glycerin) കൂടുതലായി അടങ്ങിയ ക്ലിയർ ബേസ് ആയിട്ടാണ് വരുന്നത്. ഇത് തന്നെയാണ് സോപ്പിന് നല്ല ക്ലാരിറ്റി നൽകുന്നത്.
​ക്ലാരിറ്റിക്കും ഭംഗിക്കും വേണ്ടി ചെയ്യേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ:
​ശരിയായ ബേസ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക: റെഡ് വൈൻ എക്സ്ട്രാക്റ്റ് ചേർത്ത ക്ലിയർ മെൽറ്റ് ആൻഡ് പൗർ സോപ്പ് ബേസ് തന്നെ ഉപയോഗിക്കുക. "Red Wine Melt and Pour Clear Soap Base" എന്ന് ലേബൽ ചെയ്തവ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക.
​പതുക്കെ ഉരുക്കുക (Melt Slowly): സോപ്പ് ബേസ് ഉരുക്കുമ്പോൾ കൂടുതൽ ചൂടാകാതെ (Overheating) ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക. തീരെ കുറഞ്ഞ ചൂടിൽ (low heat) ഡബിൾ ബോയിലർ ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മൈക്രോവേവിൽ 30 സെക്കൻഡ് ഇടവേളകളിൽ വെച്ച് ഇളക്കി കൊടുക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുക. കൂടുതൽ ചൂടായാൽ സോപ്പ് മേഘം പോലെ (Cloudy) ആകാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
​ഇളക്കുമ്പോൾ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക: സോപ്പ് ഉരുക്കിയ ശേഷം വേഗത്തിൽ ഇളക്കാതിരിക്കുക. പതുക്കെ ഇളക്കിയാൽ വായു കുമിളകൾ (Air Bubbles) വരുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാം.
​ആൽക്കഹോൾ സ്പ്രേ (Isopropyl Alcohol Spray): സോപ്പ് അച്ചിൽ (Mould) ഒഴിച്ച ഉടനെ, ഉപരിതലത്തിൽ 99% Isopropyl Alcohol ഒരു സ്പ്രേ ബോട്ടിലിൽ എടുത്ത് ചെറുതായി സ്പ്രേ ചെയ്യുക. ഇത് സോപ്പിന്റെ മുകളിൽ വരുന്ന വായു കുമിളകളെ പൊട്ടിച്ച് നല്ല ക്ലാരിറ്റി നൽകും. ലെയറുകൾ ചേർക്കുമ്പോഴും ഇത് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് ലെയറുകൾ തമ്മിൽ നന്നായി ഒട്ടിച്ചേരാൻ സഹായിക്കും.
