DAY 2: #HYBRIDCHALLENGE:
Grab your dumbbells and let's smash our lower bodies! It's time for dripping with sweat while focusing on our legs and glutes.

This workout is a 4o MIN super sweaty session. We will be working in supersets and there also will be a special surprise at the end to finish up even stronger.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more if needed. 🙏🏼

w o r k o u t - d e t a i l s:
*lower body workout with weights
00:25 - 04:29 warm up
04:35 - 38:38 workout (superset circuit style: 45 sec ON FIRE 🔥, 15 sec rest)
1 MIN rest in between supersets
38:40 - 42:45 finisher
42:50 - 48:00 cool down

Equipment: a pair of Dumbbells (I am using 2x 8 kg - only for your reference )
You can also use waterbottles, weight plates, kettlebells, etc.
a mat is also recommended
