Exactly 2 years to the day when I recorded Sherpa at Littlehampton, here we are back again for Christopher, the Littlehampton Miniature Railway's Exmoor built 2-6-2T which was providing free rides on the line. Even though the announcement was only made a couple of days ago that steam trains would be in operation, all the trains were well filled. Although no fares were being charged, the railway was accepting donations so let's hope the passengers all dug deep into their pockets and made the day's operation a profitable one.
