The Valve Body King of Chicago's 440 Big Block Mopar Engine is Done!

A few months ago, my friend John from Cope Racing Transmissions brought me his 440 wedge out of his awesome late 70's Dodge Power Wagon shop truck. The cam got wiped out and it needed some attention! After doing an initial teardown, I did a thorough cleaning, sent John a parts list, and then got to work! I really enjoy building engines, and it was even better building a Mope this time, especially one for a friend! Once the parts arrived, the engine was built and ready to go! From there, Mad Dog Kenny and I loaded it up and went on a road trip to Indiana. After dropping the engine off, we had some awesome Chicago style hot dogs at Corky's and stopped by the legendary Whites Pit Stop for a photo. It is always good to see John, the valve body king of Chicago!
