Life We Imagine Show | Closet Clean-Out, Memory, and Meaning
In this episode of Life We Imagine, I start cleaning out my closet—and what I find stops me in my tracks.
What begins as a simple decluttering moment turns into something much deeper. Inside my closet are hundreds of books, jars and jars of rice, multiple irons, and even a Bible that’s nearly 100 years old. Each item tells a story. Each one holds meaning, memory, or survival instinct.
This episode isn’t really about a closet.
It’s about what we hold onto when life has been hard.
My channel exists at the intersection of grief, trauma, healing, and reimagining life after loss. When you lose a child, go through prolonged stress, or live in survival mode for too long, clutter isn’t just physical—it’s emotional. Sometimes we store things because we don’t feel safe letting go. Sometimes because we’re preparing for what we fear might happen again.
As I clean, I reflect on:
• Why we keep what we keep
• How grief shows up in unexpected places
• The difference between being prepared and being stuck
• And what it really means to reimagine life, one small decision at a time
If you’ve ever opened a drawer, a closet, or a box and realized it held more emotion than objects, this episode is for you.
And yes—if you want to know what else was hiding in my closet, you’ll have to watch the rest of the show.
💛 This is Life We Imagine—where healing is honest, grief is allowed, and transformation happens in real time.
