How I’m Resetting for Berlin & Chicago Marathon | Training Update | Running Vlog Week 15

After that crazy 100-lap long run in the stadium, this week was all about recovering, reflecting, and figuring out what’s next. In this update, I talk through what happened over the last couple of weeks, especially how my body and training responded after that mental and physical test.
I also get into why I think walking is actually one of the most underrated tools we can use during marathon training. It’s simple, low impact, and honestly a great way to stay active without overloading the legs.
With Berlin and Chicago on the horizon, this is a good time to reset and get ready for the next phase. In this video, I go over my thoughts heading into the next 4-5 weeks before the official training block starts and share a few ideas on how I want to approach the build-up to two of the biggest marathons in the world.
