This sweet old brick Tudor revival cottage home was built in the early 1900’s. Sometime before the start of the Great Depression for a modest family. It remained under the same ownership until the couple passed away in the 1980’s and was turned into a rental property. Being used until the early 2010’s when maintenance became too much on the home. Now the area is quickly becoming more commercially zoned the house most likely doesn’t have long. Not the typical house I film but still an interesting old place with a few cool old features left.
