How to Cook Pork in Cider with Apples and Cream

I absolutely adore this simple yet elegant dish. Originating in Normandy, France it takes several of the great products of the region and incorporates them in one sumptuous meal.

The pork in this dish can be substituted with turkey thigh meat for those who don't eat pork.
