🧂 Ingredients:
Eggplant (Baingan) – 1 medium (sliced)
Yogurt – 1 cup (whisked)

Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Oil – 2 tbsp (for frying)

1. Slice the eggplant thinly and fry until golden brown. Remove and let it cool.
2. In a bowl, whisk yogurt until smooth.
3. Add salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, and chaat masala. Mix well.

5. Garnish with fresh coriander.
