Why Kendrick hates Drake... | Drake vs Kendrick Lamar EXPLAINED

Drake and Kendrick Lamar have ruled rap for 15 years and counting but have always stood on opposing sides. Were they ever friends? What caused their beef? I wanted to make a bigger video that broke down the stories behind all of the beefs in the Drake vs the World feud of 2024 but after doing my research for it and writing the script, I realised it was going to be a 2 hour documentary. And I just don’t have the mental bandwidth to pull that off right now. So, instead, this is part one of a five-part story that can all be viewed in isolation. If I missed anything, leave it in the comments for me and others! I feel pretty confident but ultimately, like all of the beefs and stories behind it, there’s only so much we know or can know without the people involved being honest and open and telling us about it outright.
