Why Drake and The Weeknd hate each other...

As a huge fan of Drake and The Weeknd, seeing them publicly beef last year after a few years of solidarity was a real shame. They’ve had an on-and-off friendship since they first met in 2010 but always found a way to patch things up and fix things. I have a feeling that won’t happen this time around - or at least, not without some serious effort, vulnerability, and the dropping of egos. In this video, we dive into their history and see where things went wrong at every turn and why it’s different this time. This is the penultimate video I’ll be making on this ‘Drake vs The World | 20 v 1’ little series I’ve been doing. Ultimately, I make these videos for myself and hope there are people out there like me who can enjoy them. I’ve always been curious about what really went on behind the scenes or what this whole drama was really about, and these videos were a way to dive into that and learn about it. I hope I don’t come across as glorifying their feud or any feud; that’s not my intention. I think these artists should take themselves less seriously and care about the relationships they have.
