Day 3 of my 25 Days of Christmas!
Today I am baking a soft, moist and flavorful Apple Cake, the perfect treat for cozy Christmas moments!
Even though I accidentally added a little too much milk this time (Oops😀),it still turned out delicious which just shows how forgiving and amazing this recipe is😀😀
I have Included the correct measurements here in the description box so you can bake it perfectly at home.
This cake is ideal for Christmas brunch, tea time or dessert after a festive meal.

INGREDIENTS
-1 Egg
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/4 cup oil
-3/4 cup milk(correct amount)
-1 teaspoon Vanilla
-2 cups baking flour
-1 tablespoon baking powder
-1-2 Apples
-2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinammon for Topping
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 Minutes
