Italian cuisine known as one of the best cuisine all over the world as well as their cuisine known as simplicity at its best.
This is something that i learnt in the very beginning of my culinary journey, and i use to make both recipes quite often. so i decided to share both recipes as i know how to make them from the scratch very well.
Enjoy cooking most delicious Italian classic, Gnocchi with Pesto, both made from scratch and the combination of this both recipe will create one of the best food that you have ever tasted.

This recipe serves for 4 people.
Gnocchi Recipe~
500g pass through potato
150g all purpose flour
1 medium egg
2|1 tbsp salt
Pesto Recipe~
100g basil leaves
75ml olive oil
50g Parmesan cheese
03 medium cloves of garlic
25g pine nuts
salt up to your liking (be mindful Parmesan contain salt)
