I ordered the 28 tooth, 152mm crankset. The equivalent gears is 28 tooth, 40 tooth, 50 tooth. There seems to be a bit more resistance / drag in 50 tooth than 40 tooth. Correction: Center of bottom bracket to the reaction arm is approximately 37 or 38mm and not 33mm as stated in the video.
