Here's a final look at the failure I've encountered trying to install the Efneo Crankset. I've done everything the manufacture asked for and fortunately they were really responsive. Unfortunately the crankset was and still is a complete failure.
I'll rate this crankset a 1 of 10 stars. 1 star for excellent customer support and free shipping. It loses 9 stars since it doesn't function and never got a single pedal stroke of it on a bike. This was the worse cycling purchase in my life (and that's over 20 years of buying bikes and bike related things). Some people have gotten lucky and maybe I've gotten a lemon but this is just my experience of 1 of their many cranksets.
