Seafood Rice | Lump Crab Rice With Shrimp And Bacon
oil
1 lb lump crab
1/2 lb shrimp
3 slices bacon or sausage
1 medium onion diced
1 bell pepper or 1/2 red + 1/2 green diced
1 stalk celery diced
1 tbsp butter
2 cups rice
4 cups water
1 1/2 bouillon powder
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
Cajun Seasoning to taste
Creole Seasoning to taste
Seafood Seasoning to taste
Old Bay to taste
garlic powder to taste
smoked paprika to taste
parsley garnish

Add oil to the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
Season with seafood, creole, and cajun seasoning and combine.
Add a small drizzle of oil to a skillet and sear or saute the shrimp.
Add the lump crab to the same pan.
Season with Old Bay, garlic powder, Cajun, Creole, and Seafood seasoning.
Combine both shrimp and lump crab. Remove and set aside.
Using the same pan cook the bacon. Remove the bacon and set aside.
Add onions, bell peppers, and celery. Saute until slightly softened.
Season the veggies with garlic powder, smoked paprika Old bay, Cajun, and Seafood.
Combine, and add the butter. Add the rice to the skillet. Add the chicken broth and combine.
Add Seafood Seasoning, garlic powder, Old Bay, smoked paprika, Creole, Cajun, salt, and ground pepper, and combine.
Cover with a lid and cook
Re-add the seafood to the rice and fold the seafood into the rice.
Add chopped bacon or sausage, and garnish with parsley.
